摘  要:提出在低压电网出线串联剩余电流阻抗器的方法来实现电网的绝缘检测,建立了相应的电路模型,分析了单相故障的特点,论证了分布电容与谐振电容之间存在线性关系的理论,并进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,这种测试方法能够实现电网分布电容的在线检测,而且操作起来简单、安全、可靠,适合于工程应用。The method of connecting residual current reactor with cable in low voltage network was proposed in order to detect the network insulation. The corresponding circuit model was established,and the character was analyzed when single-phase leakage was occurred. A new theory that there is linearity between distribution capacitance and resonance capacitance was presented,and the experimental study was carried out. The results show that the method can detect the distribution capacity online,and it is simple as well as safe and reliable in operation which can be used in engineering.
