国内外造纸法再造烟叶化学成分差异性分析

摘　　要：试验选取国内41个造纸法再造烟叶产品和国外23个产品作为研究对象,测定其14个化学成分指标,根据测定结果对国内外产品间的差异进行统计分析。描述性统计分析可以看出,国外产品在总氮、氯、钾、挥发碱、钙、淀粉、总灰分和水不溶灰分指标上平均值都高于国内产品,国内产品在总糖、还原糖、烟碱、硝酸盐、挥发酸和酸不溶灰分指标上平均值稍高于国外产品。T检验和Mann-Whitney U检验结果表明,烟碱、钙、总灰分和水不溶灰分指标上国内外产品均值差异较显著。引起指标差异的因素不仅与原料有关,工艺技术水平和生产设备也是重要的影响因素。这些结果为我国再造烟叶企业产品质量提高提供了一定的参考作用。Fourteen chemical indexes in forty-one domestic paper-process reconstituted tobacco（PRT） products and twenty-three foreign products were determined and analyzed.The results of statistic description analysis showed that the means of total nitrogen,Cl,K,volatile alkali,Ca,starch,total ash and water-insoluble ash of the foreign PRT products were higher than those of the domestic products,and the means of total sugar,reducing sugar,nicotine,nitrate,volatile acid and acid-insoluble ash of the domestic PRT products were higher than those of the foreign products.The results of T test and Mann-Whitney U test showed that nicotine,Ca,total ash and water-insoluble ash were significant difference.Difference of the chemical component between domestic and foreign PRT products is not only because of the tobacco material,but also the technology and equipments,which provide some reference for the product factory in our country.
