摘　　要：通过运用平衡计分卡的方法,从内部管理、财务、用户、学习与成长、知识产权等角度考量与评价公共数字文化建设,结合层次分析法赋予各指标权重,构建综合反映公共数字建设的评价指标体系,并对我国三大公共数字文化建设项目进行评价。Using Balanced Scorecard to assess public digital culture construction from the perspectives of internal process, finance, customer, learning and growth, intellectual property and so on, and giving the weight of each index by AHP, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of public digital culture to evaluate the three public digital culture construction projects in China.
