摘 要:为更好地满足用户对起重机个性化、多样化、柔性化的需求,提出了面向可适应性的起重机车轮组参数化产品族设计方法。首先进行用户需求分析,识别用户的共同需求和差异化需求,然后建立车轮组模型,提取特征参数,通过选取优先数,确定车轮组的系列值,构建车轮组设计结构矩阵。对车轮组参数进行处理运算,构建产品设计关联矩阵,然后对该关联矩阵进行聚类分析,合理识别车轮组系列化设计的主参数,以此完成车轮组参数化产品族设计。A method of adaptability-oriented parametric product family was presented for bridge-crane wheels sets to meet the demands on customization, diversity and flexibility. Firstly, customers needs were analyzed as to identify the common needs and the different ones. Then, the wheel sets model was established and the key parameters were extracted. The series values of wheels sets were determined by selecting priority numbers and the design structure matrix was established. Then, the main parameters were identified by building relationship matrix and cluster analysis. Finally, the design of parametric product family for bridge crane wheels sets were finished.
