摘  要:结合生物芯片制备过程的特点及国内外生物点样仪的发展现状,研制了一种新型高速回转式生物芯片点样仪,该点样仪采用滚筒和双点样针的机械结构,设计了控制系统软件和硬件部分,并采用基于ARM9微处理器的带有触摸屏的控制器作为控制核心。回转式高速点样仪具有结构小巧、效率高、速度高、精度高、成本低的特点。Considering the current state of the characteristics of microarray printing process domestic and overseas, a new rotary high-speed microarrayer was studied and developed. The mechanical structure was focused on in which the drum and double spotting pin were used. In the microarrayer control system, software and hardware were also designed. Based on an ARM9 microprocessor,the controller with a touch screen was made as the control core. The microarray has many merits including compact structure, high efficiency, high speed, high precision and low cost.
