摘 要:根据光纤玻璃的特性、运送功能要求,提出光纤玻璃棒运送车的设计目标及设计要求。介绍光纤玻璃棒运送车的结构设计和电气控制系统设计。光纤玻璃棒运送车是集机、电于一体的设备,采用蓄电池、电动推杆、直线导轨等实现玻璃棒的倾斜、竖直运动,采用斜齿轮副、梯形丝杆等实现玻璃棒的垂直与水平运动,采用手动绞盘、直线轴承、THK LM光轴等实现玻璃棒在轴向方向的直线运动。该运棒车既能实现工序作业又能完成运输任务,具有结构简单、安全可靠、效率高等优点。Goals and requirements of the optical fiber glass rod carrier vehicle (OFGRCV) were presented considering the characteristics and delivery needs. The structure and electrical control system of the OFGRCV were designed. OFGRCV was a electromechanieal equipment which adopted storage batteries, electric putter and linear guide to finish the inclined and vertical movements.And it used helical gear pair and the trapezoidal screw to realize the vertical and horizontal movements. The linear motion in the axial direction was achieved by using the manual winch, linear bearings and the THK LM optical axis. The carrier vehicle can carry out both the processes operating and the delivery task, which is simple in structure, safe and efficient in use.
