摘 要:采用高温固相法并添加不同助熔剂(H3BO3、不同氟化物以及H3BO3与Al F3的组合)制备出了Ca0.7Sr0.3Mo O4∶Eu3+红色荧光粉。通过XRD、激发和发射光谱研究了助熔剂对荧光粉的物相和发光性能的影响。研究表明,除Ca F2外,其他种类助熔剂的添加均能提高荧光粉的发光强度,且不影响样品的物相结构。H3BO3的最佳用量为荧光粉质量的1%;在氟化物助熔剂中,用量为荧光粉质量的2%的Al F3对荧光粉发光强度的提高最为显著。当以H3BO3与Al F3同时作为助熔剂制备荧光粉时,效果要好于单一助熔剂。Red phosphors Ca0.7Sr0.3Mo O4∶Eu^3+ were prepared with different fluxes(H3BO3, fluoride fluxes, mixture of H3BO3 and Al F3) by high temperature solid-phase method. The effects of fluxes on phase structure and luminescent properties of phosphors were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD), excitation and emission spectra. The results show that,the luminescent properties of phosphors are improved by using fluxes except Ca F2, and the phase structure of red phosphors is not affected. The best dosage of H3BO3 is 1% of the mass of phosphors. In these fluoride fluxes, Al F3(dosage is 2% of the mass of phosphors) is the best for improving the luminescent properties of phosphors. H3BO3 and Al F3 added together as flux are better than the flux added independently.
