摘 要:触点电接触特性参数的变化可以反映触点电接触性能的变化,以HH52P电磁继电器为例进行电接触特性参数检测试验,监测了触点动态接触电阻、静态接触电阻、弹跳时间、稳定时间等特性参数,提取与触点动作次数灰色关联度大的参数建立触点电接触特性参数多变量灰色预测模型。利用试验数据分析了多变量灰色模型的预测精度,并与单变量预测模型对比。结果表明,进行灰色关联度分析之后进行建模的多变量灰色模型能够更好地描述触点电接触特性参数变化情况。The changes of characteristic parameters can reflect the condition of electrical contact performance. HH52 P type electromagnetic relay electrical contact characteristic parameters test were done. The dynamic contact resistance, static contact resistance, bouncing time and stable time were detected. By extracting factors whose correlation factors were much bigger with operation frequency, grey multi-variable model-MGM(1, n) for relay contact characteristic parameters was established. The prediction accuracy of MGM(1, n) with experimental data was analyzed, and compared with single variable prediction model. The results show that the MGM(1, n) model after analysis of grey interconnect degree of characteristic parameters could describe the electrical contact performance changes much better.
