民办高校产权管理的内涵简析

摘　　要：民办高校产权管理是对民办高校产权各项权益进行界定、配置、监管、运作等一系列管理行为的统称。民办高校产权管理的理论基础可上溯至马克思主义产权理论、西方现代产权理论和利益相关者理论,面对以所有权、收益权、控制权和处置权为核心的民办高校产权权益体系,可从产权界定、产权配置、产权监管和产权运作等四个层次来把握民办高校产权管理的内涵。Property rights management in private colleges and universities is a series of management behaviors in the system activity on property rights definition, property rights allocation, property rights regulation and property rights operation as well as other aspects. In terms of source theory, the analysis of property right management mainly from the Marxism property rights theory, the modern Western property rights theory and the stakeholder theory. On this basis, emphasizes property rights system on ownership, usufruct, control rights and disposition rights. We can understand property rights management from four levels of property rights definition, property rights allocation, property rights regulation and property rights operation.
