摘　　要：针对工程勘察设计外包联盟解体现象频繁的现状建立联盟稳定性判定标准;根据联盟生命周期相关知识构建联盟稳定性影响因素生命周期模型,提出系统的联盟稳定性影响因素指标体系;依据实证研究的结果提出提高工程勘察设计外包联盟稳定性的对策建议。Aiming at the frequent disintegration of outsourcing alliance of engineering survey and design,the paper establi-shes the criteria of alliance stability. According to the alliance life cycle knowledge,the paper builds a life cycle model of the influential factors affecting the alliance stability,and puts forward its index system. Based on the results of empirical re-search,the paper proposed countermeasures accordingly.
