摘　　要：明晰组织创新的状态有助于企业全面掌握创新活动的进展状况,实现复杂创新活动之间的匹配协调发展,但目前组织创新状态的表征和测度方面的研究仍然比较匮乏。从组织创新的广度和速度两个维度入手,结合组织创新的构成要素提出装备制造企业组织创新状态的表征和测度方法,并进行算例应用。Clarifying the status of organizational innovation could contribute to getting a more comprehensive understanding of the innovation in the enterprises,which would benefit the coordination between complex innovation activities. However, it is still scarce to demonstrate the status of organizational innovation and its measurement in the existing literature. This pa-per describes and measures the status of organizational innovation from two dimensions：innovation rate and innovation speed combined with the components of organizational innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises. An application example is discussed at the end.
