摘 要:五水偏硅酸钠被广泛应用于洗涤产品,作为含磷洗涤助剂三聚磷酸钠的理想替代品。阐述了溶液结晶法和一次造粒法生产五水偏硅酸钠的各种生产工艺和生产原料,并比较了两种方法的优点和缺点。结合中国的国情,即工业高速发展的同时废液和废渣大量排放,环境污染治理刻不容缓,指出中国应充分发展适合不同生产规模且对原料品质要求不高的溶液结晶法制备五水偏硅酸钠,并且对溶液结晶法生产中存在的一系列问题提出相应的解决措施。Sodium metasilicate pentahydrate was widely used in washing products, which was an ideal substitute for phosphorus-based detergent assistant,sodium tripolyphosphate.Various production technologies and raw materials of pentahydrate sodium metasilicate by aqueous crystallization method and one-shot pelletizing method were expounded, and the advantages and disadvantages of two methods were compared.Combined with China's situation :with rapid development of industry, as a large number of waste liquid and residue was emitted, environmental pollution control was of great urgency.It pointed out that China should fully develope aqueous crystallization method,which was suitable for different production scales and had low raw material quality requirement.And a series of solving measures were put forward for the problems that existed in the aqueous crystallization method.
