《妇科採珍》用药特点分析

摘　　要：《妇科採珍》为我国清代山西代州人冯晋台所辑,该书从调经、胎前、产后等方面论述了妇产科各种疾病的诊治原则和方法。冯氏在用药特点方面也颇有特色:第一、重视温补,主要体现在冯氏临床用药以温性药物和补益类最多及临证善用具有温性和发散作用的姜(包括炮姜、黑姜、干姜、生姜皮、生姜、煨姜、姜炭、姜汁)和具有温通作用的酒。第二、重视药物的炮制,该书所载方剂,基本上每首方剂中都有一些药物要进行炮制,具体炮制的方法包括炒、浸、洗、碎、煅、蒸等。第三、重视剂型的选择,如对于慢性、虚弱性的疾病多选用丸剂、膏剂等,且临证剂型选择因人而异,灵活多变。Fu Ke Cai Zhen was compiled by Feng Jintai in Qing Dynasty,born in Shanxi province.This book elaborates the treatment principles and methods of different gynecological diseases by regulating menstruation,before pregnancy and after delivery,etc.The medication characteristics are：1.Stressing on warming and tonifying action.The herbs of warm nature and with tonification action are used commonly.Additionally,ginger（including baked ginger,black ginger,dry ginger,fresh ginger skin,fresh ginger,stewed ginger,ginger charcoal,ginger juice） with transpiration action and wine with wanning and promoting action are applied according to the individual cases.2.Stressing on herb processing.In the book,the herb processing is included generally in each formula.The concrete processing methods are frying,soaking,washing,smashing,carbonizing,steaming,etc.3.Stressing on selection of dosage form.For example,pills and paste are commonly selected in chronic and weak diseases.The dosage forms are selected flexibly according to individual cases.
