郑伟达治疗消渴病经验探析

摘　　要：郑伟达教授论治消渴病以肾为重中之重,辨证时强调辨体质、辨年龄、辨标本、辨证与辨病相结合、辨本证与并发症,治疗以清热生津、益气养阴为基本大法。针对病情,因人制宜,经常选用清热泻火、健脾益气、滋阴补肾、补肾涩精、活血祛瘀等治法,总以调整机体阴阳气血、燮理气血阴液升降出入为纲。另外,郑教授认为三消临床表现虽异,但其基本病机则一,临证时将三消截然分开无益于治疗。用药处方时应直捣黄龙,病急则药急,病缓则药缓,但消渴病多以养为要。Kidney is considered seriously in treatment of diabetes by Prof.Zheng Weida.The syndrome differentiation is focused on body constitution,age,the primary and secondary and the relationship between syndrome and disease,between the affected syndrome and complications.The treatment is stressed on clearing heat,producing body fluid,benefiting qi and nourishing yin.Based on individualcases,the therapeutic methods are selected as clearing heat,reducing fire,benefiting spleen and qi,nourishing yin,tonifying kidney and essence,activating blood circulation and removing stasis.The basic principle of treatment is adjusting yin and yang,qi and blood,ascending and descending,exiting and entering of qi,blood and fluids.Prof.Zheng believes diabetes is manifested differently in stages but the basic pathogenesis is same.The coordinative regulation is applicable in the treatment.The herbal medicines are selected according to the severity of disease.Generally,the body nourishment is the key in the treatment of diabetes.
