加味丹寿汤结合益玛欣对自然流产子代鼠生长发育和神经行为的影响

摘　　要：目的观察加味丹寿汤结合益玛欣对子代鼠生长发育和神经行为的影响。方法随机选取已受孕鼠复制肾虚黄体抑制自然流产模型,将已受孕鼠随机分为生理盐水组、益玛欣组、加味丹寿汤组、加味丹寿汤结合益玛欣组、空白对照组。观察实验各组药物干预后母鼠一般情况及子代鼠的体重、活力指数、哺乳指数、耳廓张开时间、门齿萌出时间、眼睑开裂时间、断崖回避反射达标率、平面翻正反射达标率、负向趋地性反射达标率和逃避潜伏期。结果与空白对照组比较,加味丹寿汤结合益玛欣组能提高孕鼠体重,改善流产症状,可提高子代鼠体重,有益于子代鼠耳廓张开、门齿萌出、眼睑开裂、断崖回避反射、平面翻正反射、负向趋地性反射、逃避潜伏期的缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);益玛欣组、加味丹寿汤组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味丹寿汤结合益玛欣可改善子代鼠生长发育和神经行为情况,提高学习记忆能力。Objective To observe the impacts of Modified Danmai Decoction and Progesterone Capsules on the growth,development and neurobehavior in the offspring rats with spontaneous abortion.Methods The pregnant rats were randomly collected and prepared as spontaneous abortion models caused by kidney deficiency and corpus luteum inhibition.The pregnant rats were randomized into a physiological saline group,Progesterone Capsules group,Modified Danmai Decoction group,and a combined medication （Modified Danmai Decoction and Progesterone Capsules）group and a blank control group.The general condition of pregnant rats,body weigh mass,vitality index,lactation index,auricular opening time,incisor growing time,blephar opening time,success rate of cliff avoidance reflex,success rate of planar righting reflex,success rate of negative geotaxis reflex and escape latency of offspring rats were observed after intervention in each group.Results Compared with the blank control group,in the combined medication group,the body weight of pregnant rats was increased,the abortion symptoms were relieved,the body weight of offspring rats was increased and the auricular opening time,incisor growing time,blephar opening time,success rate of cliff avoidance reflex,success rate of planar righting reflex,success rate of negative geotaxis reflex and escape latency were improved,indicating the significant differences（P ＜ 0.05）.In Progesterone Capsules group,and Modified Danmai Decoction group,the differences were not significant（P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion Modified Danmai Decoction and Progesterone Capsules improve the growth,development and neurobehavior in the offspring rats with spontaneous abortion,as well as learning and memory ability.
