摘  要:目的探讨双黄连注射液与0.9%氯化钠注射液的适宜配伍浓度。方法用10、20、25、30、35、40 m L双黄连注射液,分别与200 m L 0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍,观察其在4 h内的微粒、p H值及紫外吸收的变化。结果 30 m L双黄连注射液与0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍后3 h以内,25 m L及以下注射液配伍后4 h以内,微粒符合药典规定;p H值及紫外吸收无明显变化;35 m L及以上配伍液微粒不符合药典规定。结论 25 m L及以下双黄连注射液与0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍在4 h内可以应用。Objective To discuss the proper combination concentrations of shuanghuanglian injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection.Methods Shuanghuanglian injection 10 mL,20 mL,25 mL,30 mL and 40 mL were combined with 200 mL 0.9% sodium chloride injection separately.The changes in the particles pH value and ultraviolet absorption were observed within 4h.Results Within 3 h of the combination of 30 mL shuanghuanglian injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection and within 4 h,for the combined injection,25 mL and less than 25 mL,the particles were in compliance with the standard in pharmacopoeia,and pH value and ultraviolet absorption did not change apparently.For the combined injection,35 mL and over 35 mL,the particles did not meet the standard in pharmacopoeia.Conclusion The combined shuanghuanglian and 0.9% sodium chloride injection,25 mL and less than 25 mL,is applicable within 4 h.
