中药穴位贴敷对哮喘患者肺功能及血常规的影响

摘　　要：目的观察不同季节中药穴位贴敷治疗哮喘的疗效,以及对肺功能:一秒用力呼气容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in one second,FEV1),用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC),呼气峰流速(Peak Expiratory Flow,PEF),一秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)与血常规的影响。方法将92例哮喘患儿,根据贴敷时间分为两组,夏季组50例,冬季组42例,对其进行肺功能测定与血常规测定。结果夏季组总有效率88%,高于冬季组的78.57%(P<0.05);两组血常规中嗜酸性粒细胞百分数治疗后较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),夏季组中血小板计数治疗后较治疗前升高(P<0.05),其他血常规指标治疗前后及组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);肺功能各指标夏季组治疗后较治疗前均有提高(P<0.05);冬季组的肺功能治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后组间各肺功能指标对比,夏季组高于冬季组(P<0.05)。结论从肺功能而言,夏季(伏天)贴敷,较冬季贴敷疗效好,从而证实了传统的中医"冬病夏治"理论是正确有效的,并揭示了中药贴敷防治哮喘的作用机理。Objective To observe the efficacy on asthma treated with Chinese herbal acupoint plaster therapy at different seasons and lung functions including forced expiratory volume in one second（FEV1）,forced vital capacity（FVC）,peak expiratory flow （PEF）,FEV1/FVC,as well as blood routine examination.Methods Ninety-two asthma children were divided into a summer group（50 cases）and a winter group（42 cases） according to the treatment time.The lung functions and blood routines were determined.Results The total effective rate was 88％ in the summer group,higher than 78.57％ in the winter group（P ＜0.05）.The percentage of eosinophils was reduced apparently after treatment as compared with that before treatment in the two groups（P ＜ 0.05）.In the summer group,platelet count was increased after treatment as compared with that before treatment（P ＜0.05）.The rest indices of blood routines were not different statistically before and after treatment and between the groups （P ＞ 0.05）.The every index in lung functions was improved after treatment as compared with that before treatment in the summer group （P ＜ 0.05）.The changes of lung functions were not significant before and after treatment in the winter group （P ＞ 0.05）.In comparison of lung functions between the groups after treatment,the results in the summer group were better than those in the winter group（P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Regarding lung functions,the acupoint plaster therapy in summer （dog days）achieves the better efficacy than that in winter.It proves that the traditional TCM theory of＂treatment in summer for the disease in winter＂is correct and effective and reveals the effect mechanism of Chinese herb acupoint plaster therapy on the prevention and treatment of asthma.
