四生汤联合补中益气汤对脾虚患者胃肠道和免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨四生汤联合补中益气汤对脾虚患者胃肠道和免疫功能的影响。方法:选择广西中医药大学附属第一医院2012年9月-2013年9月诊断为脾虚证的患者68例,应用四生汤联合补中益气汤进行治疗,1个月为一疗程,观察并比较治疗前、后患者胃肠道及免疫的改善情况。结果:治疗后,患者的胃肠道功能积分较治疗前显著降低;免疫功能指标免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、Ig M、Ig A水平均较治疗前显著升高,治疗前、后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四生汤联合补中益气汤治疗脾虚证,可有效改善患者的胃肠道功能及免疫功能。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the effects of Sisheng decoction combined with Buzhong yiqi decoction on gastrointestinal tract and immune function in patients with syndrome of spleen deficiency. METHODS： 68 patients diagnosed as syndrome of spleen deficiency were chosen from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of TCM during Sept. 2012-Sept. 2013, and then treated with Sisheng decoction combined with Buzhong yiqi decoction. A treatment course lasted for one month. The gas- trointestinal tract function score and immune function were tested before and after treatment. The gastrointestinal tract function and the improvement of immune function were compared before and after treatment. RESULTS ： Compared with before treatment, gas- trointestinal tract function score declined after treatment , and immune function index （IgG, IgM and IgA） was increased, there were statistical significances （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： Sisheng decoction combined with Buzhong yiqi decoction in the treat- ment of syndrome of spleen deficiency can effectively improve the patienfs gastrointestinal tract function and immune function.
