热拉伸对PP的透明性及力学性能的影响

摘  要:主要研究了热拉伸对聚丙烯(PP)的透明性及力学性能的影响,研究了拉伸后试样的透过率、结晶性能、晶体结构及力学性能的变化。结果表明:23℃时,拉伸PP的透过率远低于未拉伸的试样,随着温度的升高,热拉伸试样的透过率迅速上升。拉伸对PP力学性能的影响较大,并且随着温度的升高,力学性能迅速上升。拉伸速率对透明性和力学性能影响不大。The effect of hot-stretched on transparence and mechanical properties of polypropylene (PP) was researched. The changes of light transmittance, crystal performance, crystal morphology and mechanical properties of hot-stretched samples were investigated. The results show that the transparence of stretched PP is lower than that of the unstretched samples at 23℃, while the light transmittance of stretched PP increases with the increasing of temperature. The stretching has strong effect on mechanical properties of PP, with the increasing of temperature, the mechanical property of stretched PP increases rapidly. However, the tensile speed has slight effect on the transparence and mechanical properties.
