摘 要:采用滚球法制备了玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂空心球(GFR-EHS),并将GFR-EHS与空心玻璃微珠(HGMS)加入到环氧树脂(EP)中制备了EP/GFR-EHS/HGMS三相复合泡沫材料。利用万能试验机、扫描电子显微镜、电子数码扫描仪等对复合泡沫材料的密度、压缩强度、宏观及微观形貌进行了表征。结果表明:HGMS及GFREHS在EP中分散均匀,界面结合紧密,所制得复合泡沫材料的密度为0.51 g/cm3,压缩强度为27.3 MPa,制备的复合泡沫材料可用作深海浮力材料。The glass fiber reinforced hollow epoxy macrospheres(GFR-EHS) were prepared, and then the EP/ GFR-EHS/HGMS three-phase compound foam materials were prepared by adding GFR-EHS and hollow glass microspheres(HGMS) into epoxy resin(EP). The density, the compression strength, the macro and micro morphology of the compound foam materials were characterized by using universal testing machine, scanning electron microscope(SEM), and electronic digital scanner. The results show that the density of the syntactic foam is 0.51 g/cm^3, the compression strength is 27.3 MPa, and the hollow glass microspheres have a good dispersion in epoxy-hardener system and tightly bonding interface. The compound foam materials can be used as deep-sea buoyancy material.
