摘  要:以吸尘器电机罩板为例,结合正交试验法和模流分析软件Moldflow,对不同注塑工艺条件下的罩板零件成型过程进行分析,确定塑件的翘曲量为塑件表面质量的评价指标。选定熔体温度、模具温度等工艺参数作为分析因子并合理取值,进行了CAE分析。对评价指标的分析结果进行极差分析,绘制各水平对评价指标的影响趋势图,最终得出优化的注塑工艺参数配置,并对该工艺参数配置下的成型过程进行了模拟对比分析。对塑件成型过程中出现的气穴、熔接痕等缺陷进行了分析,给出了缓解缺陷影响的措施。By taking the case of the design for cover plate of motor on vacuum cleaner, the different injection process under various technical conditions were analyzed by using the orthogonal experiment method and analysis software Moldflow, and the surface sink index was selected as the assessment parameter. The process parameters including melt temperature and mold temperature were selected to analyze, and reasonable assigned values were used for CAE analysis. Through analyzing the range of the analysis result for the parameters, the diagrams of influential factors were presented in various levels, and the most optimized configuration of process parameters for final inject molding process were identified. By using the diagrams of influential factors, the molding process in the optimized configuration was stimulated and intercompared. In addition, the flaws of cavitation, weld line during the manufacturing process for the injection part was analyzed, and the measures against the impact of flaws were presented.
