摘 要:eui基因具有遗传解除水稻不育系包穗的功能,被誉为杂交稻种子生产的第四遗传因子,现已成功地应用于杂交稻的生产。研究不同eui基因对水稻光温敏核不育系主要农艺性状的影响。结果表明,eui基因具有遗传解除水稻光温敏核不育系包穗的功效,可育期解除不育系包穗的遗传效应显著地好于不育期,且eui1基因遗传解除包穗的效应强于eui2基因。eui基因的效应并未影响到光温敏核不育系的育性和花粉不育的类型。eui gene,regarded as the fourth genetic element in hybrid rice seed production,is very useful to eliminate the panicle enclosure of male sterile lines in rice heterosis utilization.The effect of eui gene on the main agronomic traits of P(T)GMS lines was studied in this paper.The results showed that eui gene could significandy improve the panicle exsertion of P(T)GMS lines,and the genetic effect of eui gene on improving panicle exsertion of P(T)GMS lines in fertile period was better than that in sterile period.The effect of eui1 gene showed much stronger than eui2 in elimination of the panicle enclosure.The expression of eui gene did not affect the fertility of P(T)GMS and the type of pollen sterility.
