摘 要:为研究华南205二倍体木薯及其同源四倍体叶片中光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)叶绿素荧光参数的差异,采用调制式叶绿素荧光成像系统Imaging-Pam对PSⅡ的叶绿素荧光参数进行测定。结果表明:SC205染色体加倍后,叶绿素a、叶绿素b及总叶绿素含量均显著提高;叶绿素荧光参数Fo、ΦPSⅡ、q P和ETR均显著升高,NPQ降低,Fv/Fm并未发生显著变化。叶绿素含量及ΦPSⅡ、q P、ETR的上升表明SC205四倍体叶片PSII反应中心捕光能力强、光化学转化效率高,从而提高了叶片的光合速率。In order to study the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters difference between South China 205 and its tetraploid,modulated chlorophyll fluorescence imaging system Imaging-Pare was used to measure the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters.The results showed that:chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll in tetraploid were significantly increased,also the fluorescence parameters including Fo,ΦPSⅡ,qP and ETR,while NPQ was significantly decreased,FJFm was not significantly changed.Chlorophyll content and ΦPS Ⅱ,qP and ETR were increased significantly,indicating that light-harvesting ability and photochemical conversion rate in PSII reaction center of tetraploid leaves were higher than that of SC205 and the photosynthesis efficiency of the tetraploidy was improved.
