摘 要:通过工业试验,对首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司300t脱碳复吹转炉半钢冶炼过程有氟和无氟化造渣工艺分析,从理论上说明了无氟化化渣所需条件。对比2种造渣工艺的工业试验效果表明:脱碳转炉半钢冶炼采用留渣操作、高枪位、添加助熔剂及降低熔池升温速度相结合的造渣工艺可以得到较好的化渣效果;无氟化工艺已实现单月平均降低成本90.4万元,全年预计降本增效1 085万元。Through industrial test of Shougang Jingtang 300 t combined-blowing BOF semi-steel process with fluorine and fluoride-free, the conditions of melting fluorine-free slag was illustrated theoretically. Compared to two kinds of slagging process by indus- trial test, the results show that combination with using residue, high lance position op- eration, slag agent addition and reduce the heating speed of bath which can obtain good effect of slagging. Fluorine-free process has been realized that reduce costs an average of 0. 904 million yuan one month, expecting cut the cost to increase the profit of 10.85 mil- lion yuan one year.
