摘 要:提出采用炼钢污泥、石英砂、锰矿按一定比例混合制成半钢炼钢用造渣剂的方法,并通过工业试验验证了新型造渣剂用于转炉炼钢造渣的可行性,实现了炼钢污泥的循环利用。工业试验表明,与原复合造渣剂相比,新型造渣剂具有更好的冶金效果。新型造渣剂初期渣形成时间缩短0.5min,脱磷率平均提高1.2%,终点钢水残锰质量分数平均提高0.01%,终点炉渣T.Fe质量分数平均降低0.55%,炉渣物相组成满足溅渣护炉的要求,循环利用具有良好的溅渣护炉效果。In the study, steelmaking sludge, quartz sand and manganese ore were mixed at a specific ratio to make slag former for semi-steel steelmaking, and this method was experimental vivificated to feasible, steelmaking sludge was cyclic utilized. Industrial test show that the new slag former had a better metallurgical effect than the old one. Slag forming time was shortened by 0. 5 min, the dephosphorization rate and manganese mass fraction of the molten steel was improved by 1.2 % and 0. 01 % respectively, the mass fraction of T. Fe was reduced by 0. 55 % in slag and phase composition of the slag completely meet the requirement of splashing, by which a better splashing effect was obtained.
