摘 要:通过在脱硫剂中添加Al2O3进行铁水脱硫试验,探讨Al2O3对CaO基脱硫剂铁水脱硫的影响规律。结果表明:随着Al2O3添加量的增大,脱硫剂的脱硫量、脱硫率和脱硫速率常数呈现先升高、后降低的趋势,Al2O3的添加有利于提高石灰的利用率;Al2O3的加入降低了石灰的熔点,同时也降低了CaO颗粒表面的脱硫产物的熔点;过量的Al2O3将降低有效脱硫组分CaO的比例,削弱了脱硫剂中CaF2添加剂的作用。为保证较好的脱硫效果和提高脱硫剂利用率,脱硫剂中Al2O3的添加质量分数以10%为宜。Effect of alumina on hot metal desulphurization has been investigated by hot metal desulphurization experiment using CaO based desulphurization flux with various Al2O3 contents. The results indicated that the desulphurization ratio and apparent desul- phurization rate constant increased with increasing the Al2O3 contents, following by a decrease with further increasing the Al2O3 contents. The utilization of lime increased with the increase of the Al2O3 contents. The melting point of the lime and desulphuriza- tion production, which was covered the surface of the lime particle, was lower with the increase in the Al2O3 contents. An excess of alumina should reduce the ratio of the CaO content, which was the main desulphurization component, and weaken the beneficial effect of CaFa in the desulphurization flux. It is suggested that the Al2O3 mass fraction in desulphurization flux should be 10 % to get better desulphurization effect and higher utilization ratio of the flux.
