摘 要:根据南海W油田实际出砂情况和防砂现状,并结合油田岩石物性、出砂预测等大量的简易防砂可行性理论验证和相关防砂理论,利用机械筛管微观驱替堵塞模拟试验装置实施简易防砂可行性论证实验。根据挡砂效果和出砂量的对比,论证分析了该油田各油组简易防砂可行性并给出了不同油组简易防砂精度的推荐值。实验结果表明,对于该油田,粒度中值小于0.06 mm的地层砂,不宜放大防砂精度;最好不要采用简易防砂。粒度中值大于0.06 mm可以适度放大防砂精度采用简易防砂。最后,对该油田简易防砂可行性综合论证,给出了不同油组的推荐防砂方式。Based on the actual situation of sanding in W oil field in the South China sea,and combined with related sand control theory and some theory of the feasibility of simplified sand control such as physical property of the stone,sand prediction,using a visual blocking simulation experimental apparatus to prove feasibility of the simplified sand control.Based on the sand blocking effect and the leakage amount of sand,demonstrate the feasibility about simplified sand control in this oilfield adjusted well and give recommended values about precision of screen of the well.The experiment demonstrates that the well cannot use simplified sand control if the D50 is smaller than 0.06 mm; if D50 is bigger than 0.06 mm,simplified sand control is possible.At last,it gives a comprehensive demonstration about simplified sand control of this oilfield and sand control technology of different well.
