基于SSH与DWZ框架的绒山羊遗传育种分析平台

摘　　要：针对我国绒山羊生产状况不断向规模化、专业化和集约化方向发展,为了满足育种羊场管理与分析绒山羊育种资料的需要,本文提出一种基于SSH+DWZ框架的绒山羊遗传育种分析平台的设计与实现方法,并将特定的统计分析软件WOMBAT嵌入到这个分析平台中,对绒山羊数据进行遗传分析和育种估计。该平台已应用于全国的绒山羊育种羊场,并且管理了1990年至今的绒山羊遗传育种信息,通过该平台的应用提高了绒山羊的选种准确性和育种生产效率。In view of production conditions of cashmere goat continuously develop in the direction of specialization and large- scale intensive,to meet needs of management of breeding sheep farm and analysis of breeding information of cashmere goat,we propose a method of design and implementation of genetic breeding analysis platform of cashmere goat based on SSH and DWZ framework,and embed WOMBAT that is a specific statistical analysis software into this platform in order to analyze and estimate data of cashmere goat.This platform has been applied to countrywide breeding farm of cashmere goat,and manages information of cashmere goat since 1990 s,the accuracy of cashmere goat breeding and breeding productivity have been improved through the application of this plalform.
