妇科肿瘤患者的100例优质护理服务体会

摘　　要：目的：观察妇科肿瘤患者护理的过程中实施优质护理服务的临床效果。方法：选择2011年3月～2013年6月期间的100例妇科肿瘤住院患者，将其随机分为两组，对照组（D组）的50例患者实施常规护理模式，观察组（G组）的50例患者在常规护理基础上实施优质护理，比较两组患者治疗期间出现并发症的概率以及患者的满意度。结果：G组的患者出现并发症的概率明显低于D组，G组患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于D组，两组患者差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在妇科肿瘤患者护理过程中实施优质护理服务，能够有效提升护患关系，降低并发症出现的概率，有利于促进患者早日恢复健康，值得在临床护理中推广。Objective ： Clinical effect of high quality nursing service observation and nursing of patients with gynecologic tumor in the process of. Method In 2011 March to 2013 June 100 cases of gynecologic cancer patients during hospitalization, and were randomly divided into two groups, control group （ group D） the implementation of routine nursing mode of patients with 50 cases, the observation group （group G） of 50 patients with the implementation of high quality nursing care on the basis of conventional care, the probability of complications and patient satisfaction during the period of treatment were compared in the two groups. Result The probability of patients in the G group complications was lower in group D, group G patients satisfaction with nursing service was higher than that in group D, the differences between the two groups were significant, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Quality of care in nursing of patients with gynecologic tumor process, can effectively promote the relationship between nurses and patients, reduce the probability of complications, promote patients recover soon, worthy of promotion in clinical nursing.
