止痒祛风汤坐浴治疗湿热下注型肛周湿疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察止痒祛风汤坐浴治疗湿热下注型肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法将160例湿热下注型肛周湿疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例,治疗组采用中药止痒祛风汤坐浴治疗,对照组采用皮肤康洗液坐浴治疗,比较2组的临床疗效,以及肛周皮肤瘙痒程度、皮疹面积、皮疹形态、肛周渗液等情况。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率,治疗后肛周皮肤瘙痒程度、皮疹面积、皮疹形态、肛周渗液评分组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组中医证型间各观察指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论止痒祛风汤坐浴治疗湿热下注型肛周湿疹疗效优于传统的皮肤康洗液坐浴。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of hip bath of Zhiyangqufeng decoction for perianal eczema with downward flow of damp-heat syndrome. Methods One hundred and sixty patients of perianal eczema with downward flow of damp-heat syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,80 cases in each one. The treatment group was treated by hip bath of Zhiyangqufeng decoction,and the control group was treated by hip bath of Pifukang lotion. The clinical efficacy,skin itching,eczema area and morphology,and perianal exudate were compared between two groups after the treatment. Results The differences of total effective rate,perianal skin itching,eczema area and morphology,and perianal exudate between two groups were significant（ P〈0. 05）,and the differences of different TCM syndromes in treatment group were not significant（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion The efficacy of hip bath of Zhiyangqufeng decoction for perianal eczema with downward flow of damp-heat syndrome was superior to that of traditional hip bath of Pifukang lotion.
