医院门诊部中药饮片合理用药情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析医院门诊部中药饮片合理用药情况。方法从2013年下半年门诊中药饮片处方中随机抽取5000张,依据2010版《中国药典》、国家中医药管理局《中药处方格式及书写规范》,采用列表分析的方法,对处方书写情况、用药味数情况、单味药物超量使用及毒性药物使用情况进行统计分析。结果医院中药饮片处方用药基本合理,但存在中药饮片处方临床诊断不规范、剂量偏大、有毒中药饮片使用剂量偏大等问题。结论医院门诊中药饮片处方仍然存在一定的不合理用药现象,应加强规范医师处方开具,药师应仔细审核处方,为促进中医临床合理用药发挥作用。Objective To analyse the rational use of Chinese herbal medicine in the outpatient department of this hospital.Methods Randomly selected 5000 cards from clinic Chinese herbal medicine of the second half year of 2013,On the basis of the 2010 edition of《Chinese Pharmacopoeia》,State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine traditional Chinese medicine prescription《Specification format and writing prescriptions of traditional Chines Medicine》,used the method of analy-sis on the list,and statisticaly analysed the prescription writing situation,drug taste number,single drug overuse and toxicity of drug use.Results Chinese herbal medicine prescription drugs in our hospital is reasonable,but there exist some problems. Such as Chinese herbal medicine clinical diagnosis is not standardized prescription,dose is too large,the problem of toxic Chi-nese herbal medicine dose is too large and other conditions.Conclusion It still exists some irrational drug use in the outpa-tient department of this hospital,so we should strengthen norms physician prescription issued and pharmacists should carefully review the prescription to improve drug rational using.
