摘　　要：目的探讨参松养心胶囊辅治对充血性心力衰竭患者QT间期离散度(QTd)的影响。方法将80例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用参松养心胶囊,对照组仅给予常规治疗,疗程为4周。比较2组治疗前后QTd变化。结果治疗后治疗组QTd短于治疗前及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊辅治可以降低QTd,减少充血性心力衰竭患者恶性心律失常的发生。Objective To explore the influence of Sensongyangxin caspsule on QT dispersion（ QTd） in patients with congestive heart failure.Methods 80 cases with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and con-trol group,each of 40 cases.The treatment group was given conventional treatment combined with Shensongyangxin capsule. The control group was given conventional treatment.After for 4 weeks,compared the QTd change of two groups.Results After treatment,the QTd of treatment group shorter than before and control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shensongyangxin capsule can reduce the QTd,and can reduce the occurrence of congestive heart failure in patients with malignant arrhythmia.
