摘　　要：1978年至今,我国大学与政府关系变革经历了从集权到分权、从人治到法治、从管制到服务的历史性转化。下一阶段,要继续优化大学与政府关系,推进现代大学制度建设和国家治理体系现代化,进一步形成既有利于知识生产,又有利于国家发展的良性互动机制。Since 1978, the relationship between the university and the government changes from centralization to decentralization, from rule of man to rule of law, from control to serving. In the next phase, it is required to continue to optimize the relationship between the university and the government, push forward construction of modern uni-versity system and modern governance system so that the fine interactive mechanism in favor of knowledge production and national development is further formed.
