摘  要:彬长矿区某煤矿的4#煤层为易燃特厚煤层,采用综采放顶煤方法开采,工作面搬迁期间的防灭火问题尤为突出。以4403综放工作面为具体研究对象,采用理论分析和现场试验方法对综放工作面快速搬迁技术,特别是搬迁期间的防灭火技术进行了研究。布置了工作面专门回撤通道,并对其采取了高强度的"锚-网-带"联合支护技术;工作面搬迁中采用自主研发的双轨四吊搬运机来运输支架;采用注氮、黄泥灌浆、注射高分子胶体及顶板挂设风筒布堵漏风等综合防灭火技术。现场试验表明,采用这些技术能保证下沟煤矿综放工作面的顺利快速搬迁。In Xiagou coal mine,the 4# coal seam is a spontaneous combustion thick seam,it is mined to use the fully mechanized coal caving mining method, and its anti-fire problem is particularly prominent in the relocation period. 4403 fully mechanized caving face as the research object, using theoretical anal- ysis and site practicing methods for fully mechanized caving face rapid relocation technology, especially during the relocation of fire prevention and control techniques,were studied. Lay the special retracement channel, and take a high strength “anchor-mesh-belt-cable” combined supports technology; the self-de- veloped four-track machine is used to transport the supports in the face relocation;the comprehensive fire prevention and control technology, such as the nitrogen injection, the loess mud grouting, injection of pol- ymer colloids and roof hanging cloth plugging air duct design, ect were used. Site practicing showed that the adoption of these technologies can guarantee coal mine mechanized caving face relocation safety and quick.
