摘　　要：环保部门通过河流水质监测站点来采集河流水质数据,并将实时水质数据传输到监测中心,我们设计了一种能够实时反映河流水质状况的系统,检测中心对这些数据进行分析、处理,最终达到对河流水质状况的监测,为管理部门提供现代化管理工具和辅助决策支持.Environmental protection departments collect the data of river water quality through monitoring stations ,and transmission the date to the monitoring center in time ,so we design a real -time system can reflect the situation of river water quality ,testing center to analyze and process these data ,then complete the monitoring of the situation of river water quality ,and provide modern management tools and decision support for the management department .
