摘　　要：河南是一个典型的农业大省,目前仍然有大量的民众生活在农村地区.随着河南省农业科技的进步,农业生产效率得到了极大的提高,这就使农业生产所需劳动力大为减少,农村出现了许多富余的劳动力,这些富余劳动力如果长期在农村从事农业生产劳动,必定对劳动力资源造成极大的浪费.所以,将农村这部分由于农业科技水平的提升、农业生产效率的提高而需要减少的劳动力转移到城镇从事非农生产,才能够提升民众的收入水平,才能更好地促进城乡发展.Henan is an agriculture of typical model greatly save ,currently still a great deal of people live in the large village region ,along with the progress of Henan agriculture science and technology ,the agriculture production efficiency got a tremendous exaltation ,this makes ag‐riculture production the labor force needed greatly follow the plow production to labor in the village over a long period of time ,necessarily bring tremendous waste to labor force resources for reducing ,village producing many labor forces that enrich remaining ,these enriching remaining la‐bor force if S.o ,village this part because agriculture science and technology level promotes ,agriculture production the exaltation of efficiency but need decreasing labor force to transfer town to be engaged in non - agriculture production ,so as to promote the people＇s income level ,so as to betterly help the city country to develop .
