摘 要:目的:调查护士使用个人数字助理(PDA)的感受情况,评价已实施举措的效果,为今后更好地改进信息系统、优化PDA使用流程、完善发展PDA提供依据。方法:采用自行编制的"护士使用PDA满意度调查问卷"对北京市某三级甲等医院耳鼻喉科14名护士进行2次调查(2次调查分别于科室护士应用PDA满1年时和满2年时进行)并进行比较。结果:护士在保证患者治疗安全、录入生命体征、规范护理工作流程方面的作用的满意度维持在较高的水平,而条目"护士对PDA屏幕大小""护士对PDA的操作界面"及"使用PDA过程中出现问题时信息部门的解决速度"的得分虽有所提高(P<0.05),但仍处于较低水平。结论:领导及各部门的支持力度是提高护士满意度的直接保障,护士在保证患者治疗安全、录入生命体征、规范护理工作流程及支持力度等方面的满意度显著持久;对PDA网络的稳定性、PDA携带的便捷性、PDA的手写功能及PDA的数据传输速度满意度仍然较低,提示护理管理者需进一步加强部门合作,广泛征求护士建议,使用过程中能体现专科特色,提高护士使用PDA的满意度。Objective:To investigate the feelings change of nurses using PDA, evaluate the effect of initiatives have been implemented,to improve the infor- mation systems, optimize processes and to provide theoretical basis for perfecting and developing PDA for the future. Methods:14 nurses from a general hospi- tal in Beijing ENT department were investigated with self - designed questionnaire ( the two surveys implemented when department nurses used PDA one year and two years) and compared them. Results:The nurses' satisfaction with ensuring patients' safe, vital signs entry and regulate the role of nursing work- flow. While the screen size,the PDA operator interface and the solution speed of information department, the three items' score was significantly improved (P 〈 0.05 ), but the score was still low. Conclusion:Leadership and departments' support increase nurses' satisfaction, nurses believe that PDA can ensure patient safety, record vital signs, and regulate nursing process. But nurses are not satisfied with network stability, PDA carrying convenience, PDA's handwrit- ing features and PDA data transfer speed, suggesting that nurse managers need to further strengthen the cooperation of different departments, extensively so- licit nurse suggestion and reflect specialist features to improve nurses' satisfaction with the PDA.
