摘　　要：目的:探讨脊髓亚急性联合变性的护理对策。方法:对20例脊髓亚急性联合变性患者积极治疗的同时,做好用药护理、饮食指导、心理干预、并发症护理和对症护理。结果:治愈4例,好转14例,无效2例。结论:有效的护理有利于脊髓亚急性联合变性患者的康复。Objective ： To explore the nursing of patients with subacute combined degeneration of the spinal cord （SCD）. Methods ： With the active treatment of 20 patients with SCD, do a good job of the medication nursing, diet instruction, psychological intervention, the nursing of complications and symptomatic nursing. Results：4 patients have been cured, 14 patients have been improved,2 cases were ineffective. Conclusion ：The effective nursing is propitious to the recovery of the patients with SCD.
