摘　　要：目的:探讨罗伊适应模式在下肢外周动脉病变患者中的应用效果。方法:将70例下肢外周动脉病变患者随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用一般护理,观察组患者应用罗伊适应模式护理。4周后比较两组患者疗效和无痛行走距离。结果:观察组患者第4周疗效、无痛行走距离均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运用罗伊适应模式对下肢外周动脉病变患者进行护理,可提高患者临床疗效。Objective ： To explore effect of nursing practice based on Roy adaptation model for patients with peripheral arterial diseases. Methods ： Seventy pa- tients with peripheral arterial disease were divided into two groups as observation group and control group. Patients were cared with primary nursing in control group. Roy adaptation model nursing was carried for observation group patients. To compare the effect and pain - free walking distance of two groups after four weeks. Results ：The total effective rate and the pain - free walking distance at four weeks of observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Nursing based on Roy adaptation model can improve health of patients with peripheral arterial diseases.
