摘　　要：针对矿用锚索切割危险性高且效率低的现状,设计了一种可用于煤矿井下的防爆型双锚索自动下料机,详细介绍了设备的结构和工作原理,其切割系统采用磨料射流切割技术进行锚索下料,较好地解决了井下切割防爆的问题,且锚索的牵引、测量、下料和卸料自动完成,设备自动化程度和安全性高,操作简便,满足设计要求。In view of the high risk and low efficiency of mine anchor cable blanking, an explosion-proof mine double anchor cable automatic blanking machine was designed, which can be used in coal mines.The structure and working principle of the equipment were described.Its cutting system adopts the abrasive jet cutting technol-ogy to realize anchor cable blanking, which solves the explosion-proof problem in cable blanking in mines.Mo-reover, anchor rope traction, measuring, blanking and unloading can be completed automatically.The machine possesses high degree of automation and safety, easy operation and meets the design requirements.
