摘　　要：本文对各国以及国际组织所规定的各种环保法案进行了分析,然后以专利为基础结合玻璃领域的特点,分析环保法案对红外玻璃领域的影响,同时分析了在符合环保法案的情况下对技术进行改进的方式。This paper analyzes the environmental protection acts regulated by various countries and international organizations, then conducts analysis toward the impact of environmental protection act on infrared glass on the basis of the patent combing with the characteristics of glass field, and at the same time analyzes the way to improve technology in accordance with the environmental protection act.
