摘 要:LF炉是70年代初期在日本发展起来的钢包精炼型炉外精炼设备。炉外精炼之所以产生和得以发展,是由于炉外精炼是在可控气氛(真空、惰性、还原性气氛)下进行脱氧、脱硫、脱磷、去除夹杂和夹杂物变性处理、调整钢液温度等的工艺过程,具有初炼炉无法比拟的优势,其冶金效果非常显著。本文旨在通过对非专利和中国发明专利进行数据挖掘和专利计量分析,总结了中国LF炉精炼渣的发展趋势和整体情况。LF furnace is a ladle refining external refining equipment developed in Japan at the early stage of 70s. The reason why external refining arises and develops is just because it is a craft progress of deoxidation, desulphurization, dephosphorization, removing inclusions and inclusions denaturalization, and adjusting the temperature of liquid steel in the controllable atmosphere (vacuum, inert, reducing atmosphere), has the unmatched advantages compared with primary smelting furnace, and its metallurgical effect is very significant. This paper aims to summarize the development trend and overall situation of LF furnace refining slag in China through the data mining and the patent quantitative analysis toward the non -patent and Chi- nese patent for invention.
