摘　　要：在"重农抑商"的政策下,徽商却能够异军突起,成为明清十大商帮的领军人物。历史学界和经济史学界都对徽商缘何兴起的原因进行深入的研究,拟从法律社会史学的视角,对徽商崛起的法文化因素进行新诠释。Huizhou Merchants got the sudden emergence on the ＂Restraining Commerce＂Policy,and became the ten merchant leaders during the Ming- Qing Dynasties. Historians and Economic historians research deeply the causes of rise of Huizhou Merchants. This article breaks through the traditional researching methods and explains the law cultural facts on the rise of Huizhou Merchants from the perspective of the social history of law.
