摘　　要：中国森林生态效益补偿从提出到现在已经有30余年的历史,取得的效益是显著的。进一步明确森林生态效益补偿内涵,总结分析森林生态效益补偿的经验及问题,为建立完善的森林生态效益补偿机制,提供重要借鉴。It has achieved a lot since the forest eco-compensation policy was proposed over thirty years ago. It is of providing reference to know the connotation of forest eco-compensation, summarize and analyze the experience we have made as well as problems existed, and perfect the mechanism of it.
