现代林业视角下的森林经营管理法律制度创新研究

摘　　要：现代林业是以可持续发展理论为指导、以生态文明为目标、以现代法制为保障的林业。森林经营管理法律制度是《森林法》的重要内容之一。现行森林经营管理法律制度带有鲜明的计划经济烙印,已不能完全适应现代林业的发展要求。森林经营管理法律制度创新要彻底转变传统的林业观,以建设现代林业为宗旨,对相关法律制度进行全面修订与完善。Modern forestry is characterized by its guidance of sustainable development theory, its ecological civilization goal, and its modem legislated protection. Forest management legal system is an important content of forest law. Current forest management system with a distinctive brand of planned economy has been unable to fully adapt to the requirements of the development of modem forestry. Management innovation of legal system of forest management has to completely change the traditional view of forestry, for the purpose of construction of modem forestry, to overhaul and improve the relevant legal system.
