提高军校学员幸福指数的路径探析

摘　　要：军校学员的幸福指数是其学习、训练与生活的直接反映,努力提升军校学员幸福指数,是军校思想政治工作的重要内容和任务。通过对某军校350名学员进行调查,从提高献身使命的幸福指数、学习训练的幸福指数、情感生活的幸福指数和校园物质生活的幸福指数四个方面,对提升军校学员幸福指数进行了探讨。Happiness index of cadets in military schools acts immediately upon their study, training and life. The attempt to improve happiness index among military students has become an increasingly important task of the ideological and political work in military schools. This paper dwells on the issue from the following four aspects, namely, the happiness of dedication to the mission; the happiness of study and military training; the happiness of emotional life and physical well-being on campus, with 350 cadets involved in the school wide investigation.
