摘　　要：随着我国高校的迅速发展,高校管理当中的档案建设工作日益得到人们的重视。为了提高高校档案建设质量和效率,本文主要分析了目前高校档案建设的实际情况,并论述了高校档案管理工作的地位、作用、管理人员的素质、档案馆建设、开发利用档案信息资源等。With the rapid development of China＇s colleges and universities, archives construction work has been increasingly paid attention to in university management. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of university archives construction, this paper mainly analyzes the actual situation of archives construction in colleges and universities at present, and discusses the status and function of university archives management, quality of administrative staff, archives construction, development and utilization of the archives information resources.
