摘 要:连续铸钢过程中结晶器保护渣的粘度和熔点会对铸坯质量产生较大的影响,采用RDS-04全自动炉渣熔点熔速测定仪和HF-201型结晶器渣膜热流粘度测试仪,分别测定了保护渣的粘度和熔点。结果表明,在一定矿物组成范围内,保护渣的熔化温度随萤石含量、纯碱含量的增加而降低;随石英砂含量的增加而增加;熔化温度随硅灰石含量先增加后降低。而保护渣粘度随石英砂、硅灰石含量的增加而增加,随萤石、纯碱含量的增加而降低。The viscosity and melting point of mold fluxes have a great impact on the quality of slab for con- tinuous casting. So the viscosity and melting point of casting mold powder at diferent mineral composition have been studied by testing device of the viscosity andRDS -- 04 automatic slag melting point meter. The results show that, with the increasing of fluorite and soda ash, the melting point of mold powders for low --carbon steel and medium--carbon steel casting are all decreased. In contrast, witn the increasing of quartz,the melting point of the mould powder increased.With the increasing of wollastonite,the melting point of the powder increased first and then decreased.Compared with changes of the melting point, the vis- cositiy of mold fluxes are all increased with the increasing of quartz and wollastonite.With the increasing of fluorite and soda ash ,the viscosity of the mould powder are all decreased.
