摘　　要：在利用全站仪和棱镜觇牌进行精密定位和放样工作时,由于棱镜觇牌的倾斜会给水平角测量带来目标偏心误差,极大的影响了测量精度。通过理论分析得出了目标偏心误差的内在规律和消除削弱方法。In the work of accurate positioning and setting out by total station and prism target, target out-- of--center would occur in horizontal angle surveying because of prism target leaning, it effected the posi- tioning accuracy greatly. In this paper, the rule and decreasing way of target out--of--center is offered by theoretical analysis. Experiment proved that the theoretical analysis in this paper is accurate, the decrea- sing way is effectively and easy operation.
