摘　　要：优化注射用阿莫西林钠/舒巴坦钠含量的检测方法.采用C18色谱柱,以0.03mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液（用1mol/L磷酸溶液调节pH值至3.4±0.05）-甲醇（97∶3）为流动相,检测波长225nm,流速为1mL/min,进样量为20μL,柱温30℃.两主成分在0.10～3.0 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回收率分别为100.0％和100.0％,RSD％分别为0.51％和0.57％.该方法的专属性强,耐受性良好.Abstract Optimized the method for the determination of amoxicillin sodium and sulbactam for injection. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.03mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate（adjusted to pH=3.4±0.05 with lmol/L phosphoric acid）-methanol （97：3）, at the detection wavelength of 225nm. The calibration curves of the two compounds were linear in the concentration ranges of 0.10-3.0mg/mL, and the recoveries were 100.0% and 100.0%, the RSDs were 0.51% and 0.57%. The method has good specificity and tolerance.
